Who Are We

With more than 25 years’ experience Wayne has held senior and board appointments within local, national, international, private and not-for-profit organisations. He has worked extensively in the Oil & Gas, Tank & Pipeline Construction and HSEQ Certification industries. In the Hydrocarbon sector, Wayne has delivered: upstream, downstream, onshore and offshore projects. Through his involvement in key project roles he has gained a thorough working knowledge of a broad range of functions and activities in the E and P Lifecycle. He has a passion for Concept Development and Opportunity Enhancement and Realisation.

Wayne holds various chair and directorships and is a registered senior auditor and professional member of the Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alan has extensive executive management experience and uses the skills gained during a very successful corporate career to manage projects on client’s behalf to ensure successful assessment, approval, and execution of major projects.

These roles have included major organisations such as BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Adelaide Brighton Cement, PowerNet Victoria, CSR, and Holcim. A key strength is the ability to work across several industries including sugar, cement, power and mining in corporate office or remote environments.

During his career, Alan has transformed several organisations from poor to world class performers by the application of practical business improvement processes and his ability to provide strong leadership and communicate at all levels in an organisation from operators to board room.
